SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All custom prints and paintings are signed, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 12–15 business days.
Production and processing time are separate from shipping and transit time.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and local postal services.
Packaging & Handling
Each artwork is individually signed, securely packaged, reinforced, and sealed to ensure safe transit.
Tracking Information
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking availability may vary by country.
Delivery Estimates
(Standard delivery times begin after production/processing.)
• USA: 7–12 business days
• UK: 12–15 business days
• International: 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs charges, duties, taxes, and import fees.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to incorrect information, refusal, or failure to collect.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Contact us immediately if your package is lost or delayed. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
All Sales Final
All artwork is custom-made. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are available for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Color/brightness variations due to screens
• Buyer expectation differences
Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:
• Photos of the artwork
• Photos of original packaging
• Photo of shipping label
• Description of the issue
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements may be issued for shipping damage, production defects, or wrong items sent.
Documentation must be provided. Stephen Fine Art reserves the right to determine fault.
Damage After Delivery
Artwork damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, framing damage, or
environmental factors is not eligible for replacement.
Lost Packages & International Orders
Stephen Fine Art will work with carriers to resolve lost packages. International customers are
responsible for customs, duties, and fees; delays from customs are not refundable.
Reporting Timeframe & Contact
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

CARE POLICY
General Handling
• Handle prints with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves
• Avoid bending, rolling, or touching printed surfaces directly
Light Exposure
• Display away from direct sunlight
• Minimize UV exposure to prevent fading
Environmental Conditions
• Maintain stable temperature and humidity
• Avoid bathrooms, kitchens, and heat/moisture sources
Framing & Storage
• Use professional framers, archival backing, and UV-protective glass
• Store unframed prints flat in archival boxes/portfolios
Responsibility
Proper care is the buyer’s responsibility. Damage from mishandling or
environmental exposure is not covered under refunds.

COPYRIGHT & USE POLICY
Ownership
All artwork and content are the intellectual property of Stephen Edwards Fine Art.
Purchase of a physical print does not include copyright, licensing, or reproduction rights.
Prohibited Uses
Without written permission, the following are prohibited:
• Scanning, photographing, reproducing, or distributing the artwork
• Using artwork for commercial purposes or AI datasets
• Creating derivative works
Personal Use
You may display prints in personal spaces, share photos non-commercially with credit, or resell the physical print.
Commercial Licensing
Commercial use requires a written agreement.
Website Content & Social Media
Do not copy or reuse website content. Social sharing requires credit and a link; no editing or commercial use is permitted.
Reporting Violations
Report unauthorized use to: GALLERY & GROUNDS. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
